However, it seems that during delivery, the heavy PET bottles of soy sauce and other items may have bumped into the lighter boxed snacks inside the package, as some of the items were slightly crushed and disorganized when I opened the box, which was a bit disappointing. I’ll likely order from you again, but I would appreciate it if the packaging could be improved next time.

Japanese grocery stores in Toronto are a 4-hour drive away, and you also incur gasoline costs, plus the prices of the products are high.
