This was my first time using the service, and I had trouble navigating the order page. However, customer support responded quickly to my inquiry. Despite the holidays, my order arrived from Vancouver to Quebec in about five days, which is very helpful since I can’t easily shop downtown. Moreover, there aren’t many Japanese products available in Quebec, so Yuyomart’s selection is very appealing. I’ll definitely order again!

When shipping from Japan, although the product prices are cheaper, the shipping costs add up, and it takes a week to arrive. Japanese grocery stores in Toronto are a 4-hour drive away, and you also incur gasoline costs, plus the prices of the products are high.
