This is one of those comfort foods familiar to Japanese people living across Canada. Sometimes, you just feel like eating…Nissin Cup Noodle. Note that this is the original Japanese product, and is different from Cup Noodles (plural), a similar sounding product.
This is the curry flavor, in the Big size, which is surprisingly adequate as a meal, containing egg, pork and chicken, as well as a good portion of noodles.
Apart from the convenience of simply adding hot water and not requiring a pot or bowl, the noodles have a distinctive taste and texture, unlike most instant noodles. Ask your Japanese friends and they’ll tell you–this is the ultimate comfort food (after onigiri, maybe).

How to cook:
Open the lid halfway, add boiling water slowly until you reach the inside line, and close the lid. It will be ready to eat after three minutes.
