Shipping Cost
We are currently experiencing a problem with our points system. In very specific cases only, i.e. when an order exceeds $150 AND the total weight is less than 5kg, if you use points, free shipping is not applied. In such rare cases, please proceed with paying the shipping, and contact us for a full refund of your shipping cost. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to resolve the technical issues involved.

If you use a coupon, your subtotal after any discount, and before taxes must be CAD $150 or more to qualify for free shipping.
Orders up to $100 come with a delivery guarantee.
