Shipping Cost
We ship nationwide, to Canadian addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes.
If you use a coupon, your subtotal after any discount, and before taxes must be CAD $150 or more to qualify for free shipping.
Orders up to $100 come with a delivery guarantee.
In consideration of the environment, we may reuse packaging materials such as cardboard. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders are typically shipped from Vancouver within 2-3 business days of your order.
After order confirmation, cancellation is not possible.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind (except for defective products–please provide photo evidence and a detailed explanation).
