Membership
You can log in from the "Login/Signup" option located at the top right of the Yuyomart homepage. You will need the email address and password you registered with to log in.
You can register for free. Once a member, you can enjoy all membership services at no cost.
Yes, to purchase products on Yuyomart, you need to register as a member, for free.
If you do not receive the authentication email, please check your spam folder. Additionally, please ensure that emails from info@yuyomart.com can be received by configuring your mail settings. If you still do not receive the email, please contact our account on Instagram or X via direct message.
Yuyomart's email newsletter is sent to customers who have subscribed, providing them with sale information, promotions, and more.
You can unsubscribe from the Yuyomart email newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email sent by Yuyomart.
You will only receive the email newsletter if you elected to do so during membership registration. At any time, you can sign up for the newsletter subscription by registering your email address on the ”Mail Magazine” page of the Yuyomart website.
You can update your membership information such as your address or email address from your Yuyomart My Page.
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page of the Yuyomart My Page. Follow the instructions for email verification and reset your password.
Order & Payment
For food items, we limit each order to a maximum of 5 units per item. There may also be quantity restrictions on other items, such as sale items. Please check the product page for details.
We only accept credit card payments.
Yuyomart uses a flat-rate shipping system:
BC: $10
Other parts of Canada: $20~

Yuyomart operates according to a system where shipping fees are added based on the weight of the order. The shipping fees are as follows:
Up to 4.5kg: No additional charge
4.5kg to 8kg: +$10
8kg to 12kg: +$20
12kg to 15kg: +$30
Orders over $150 qualify for free basic shipping. However, please note that the additional charges mentioned above will still apply to your order.
For the safety of both our customers and delivery staff, we are unfortunately unable to accept orders exceeding 15kg. Thank you for your understanding.
If you spend $150 or more before tax, you will receive free shipping.
*Please note that if you use a coupon, the post-discount price must be $150 or more to qualify for free shipping.
We do not accept orders with shipping addresses outside Canada.
First, please check if there are issues such as exceeding your credit card limit, an expired card, or incorrect information. Verify your input details once again. Additionally, our payment processor, stripe.com, might be rejecting the transaction due to fraud reduction algorithms. If you encounter the same issue after trying a different card, please contact us
Please check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' email folder. Also, ensure that you have configured your email settings to allow emails from info@yuyomart.com.
Shipping
We use one of the following shipping methods: Canada Post, UniUni, ICS Ground, or Fleet Optics. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking number, which you can use to track and confirm your delivery.
We will ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. The time it takes for your order to arrive after shipping varies depending on the shipping company and your location. Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for delivery updates.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks after the shipping notification, please contact the shipping company.
Please contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided by Yuyomart. If the issue cannot be resolved, please email us atinfo@yuyomart.com.
Because we use a third party shipping company, we are generally unable to accept changes to the shipping address after an order has been confirmed. If there are unavoidable circumstances that require a change, please contact us for assistance.
We do not currently offer shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for each shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
We generally do not accept changes from shipping to pickup or from pickup to shipping after an order has been placed. If there are unavoidable circumstances that require a change, please contact us for assistance.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific delivery dates or time slots.
Please report this via contact. We will arrange for a replacement of the product or issue a refund.
We will proceed with the compensation process through Yuyomart. Please contact us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the package has been returned to Yuyomart due to an error in the address provided by the customer, an additional shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
Our pickup location is at an office approximately a 10-minute walk from Lansdowne Station in Richmond, BC. We will provide you with the detailed address and times available via email after you place your order.
Cancelations, Returns, Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items other than defective products. If you receive a defective product, please report it viacontact, attaching photographic evidence.
Others
At Yuyomart, we accept requests from customers. Please send us your suggestions for products you'd like to see on our website through the request form on the Yuyomart site.
We actively consider sourcing the products requested by our customers. However, there may be challenges in sourcing certain items due to import restrictions, or limitations in our supply chain. As a result, please note that not all requested products will be available for sale. We appreciate your understanding.
On the Yuyomart website's News page, we provide announcements about sales, promotions, and business updates related to Yuyomart. We recommend checking it regularly for the latest information.

We recommend subscribing to our email newsletter! Updates on new product arrivals, restocks of popular items, and other announcements are regularly shared on Yuyomart's official social media accounts as well.

Yuyomart primarily deals with Japanese products, although a few items may have a country of origin other than Japan, but are typically sold in Japan. In Canada, regulations regarding coloring agents and raw materials are very strict. As a result, many Japanese manufacturers have separate production lines for domestic and international sales, often listing the United States or another country where the factory is located as the country of origin. We appreciate your understanding that importing certain Japanese products to Canada may not be feasible, due to import regulations. The vast majority of our products are imported from Japan.
